{"id":12546,"date":"2025-12-23T15:50:36","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T14:50:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecariplo.it\/?post_type=progetto&#038;p=12546"},"modified":"2026-04-23T10:23:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T08:23:02","slug":"redesigning-the-future-programme","status":"publish","type":"progetto","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecariplo.it\/en\/progetto\/redesigning-the-future-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Redesigning the Future programme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Redesigning the Future programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Programme \u2013 promoted under line of mandate 4 \u201c<em>Creating the enabling conditions for strengthening of communities<\/em>\u201d \u2013 provides for a multi-year structure to respond incrementally to organisations\u2019 <strong>requirements of strengthening and organisational development<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It began in 2022 and was designed on the basis of the lessons learned from various capacity building programs promoted by the individual philanthropic areas over time, culminating in the cross-sectoral and multi-level&nbsp;<strong>Cariplo Social Innovation<\/strong> programme launched in 2017, which combined innovation, capacity building and social finance.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The working guidelines and support for non-profit organisations taking part in the Redesigning the Future programme are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Distance learning<\/em><\/strong>Through <a href=\"https:\/\/socialinnovationlab.fondazionecariplo.it\/\"><strong>Cariplo Social Innovation Lab<\/strong><\/a>, aimed at providing organisations that sign up on the platform with <strong>a digital location hosting a broad catalogue of training resources and insights<\/strong>. In particular:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a section focusing on issues relevant to the non-profit world (strategy, design, digital, fundraising and regulations) \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a section entirely dedicated to Fondazione Cariplo&#8217;s own themes\/content (e.g. Minimum Environmental Criteria, Reporting, Member area for organisations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a section of best practices, including video interviews with organisations recounting their experiences of organisational change, some implemented with the assistance of Fondazione Cariplo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a \u2018self-assessment questionnaire\u2019 that users fill in when registering on the platform, aimed at identifying the macro-areas of skills to be strengthened (and at providing the Foundation with an overview of the \u2018starting-point\u2019 skills).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Mentorship<\/em><\/strong>Expert creation of support and mentorship pathways, aimed at acquiring greater mastery and working tools for improved performance in:\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>initial organisational analysis (needs analysis) for improved guidance of decisions when making changes\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitoring and impact assessment in an organisational transformation project.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Video recordings of the online workshops have been made available, for free and on demand, on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/socialinnovationlab.fondazionecariplo.it\/\"><strong>Cariplo Social Innovation Lab<\/strong><\/a> platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Call\u00a0for proposals<\/em><\/strong> The call is intended to support the organisational development of non-profit organisations working in the <strong>environmental, cultural and human services fields<\/strong>, to strengthen their role as a major lever of resilience and cohesion in our communities, by increasing the effectiveness of their work, leveraging their human capital and expanding their respective communities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, three calls have taken place, in 2022, 2023 and 2025.
