{"id":12527,"date":"2025-12-15T11:40:27","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T10:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecariplo.it\/?post_type=progetto&#038;p=12527"},"modified":"2026-04-22T19:56:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T17:56:32","slug":"etre","status":"publish","type":"progetto","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionecariplo.it\/en\/progetto\/etre\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00catre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00catre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Residency theatrical experiences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspired by the example of other European countries and certain Italian regions, the initiative was launched in 2007 with the aim of&nbsp;<strong>\u2018giving space\u2019 to young theatre production companies in Lombardy, according to the \u2018residency\u2019 model<\/strong>, based on a multi-year agreement between a company and a public body, generally an administration or a municipal theatre:&nbsp;<strong>the owning entity entrusts the company with a space under total or partial management<\/strong>, at advantageous conditions and with a financial endowment, linking it to the commitment to promote certain activities, primarily theatrical production, which thus ensure the leverage of the space provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was structured into three stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>22 residency projects<\/strong>\u00a0were selected (nine Lombardy provinces directly engaged with theatrical and non-theatrical spaces for production and performance), led by emerging theatre companies, through a call for proposals repeated for three years (2007-2009)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>starting from the selected projects, a structure was set up to\u00a0<strong>represent and co-ordinate the residencies\u2019 networking activities<\/strong>\u00a0(the ETRE Association, the members of which continue to include the Lombardy companies that manage the residency projects);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A network has been created that promotes and protects the artistic work of emerging Lombardy companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The launch of a system of Lombardy residencies, unbound by rigid models, has made it possible to normalise the situation of various emerging theatre companies, by providing them with the tools to develop a coherent policy of&nbsp;<strong>settlement in the local area and professional growth on an artistic and organisational level.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":12529,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"area-di-intervento":[752],"linea-di-mandato":[],"sfide-di-mandato":[],"tema":[761],"class_list":["post-12527","progetto","type-progetto","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","area-di-intervento-arts-culture-area","tema-young-generations"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
