With an occurrence rate of 15.2%,&nbsp;<strong>Italy has the third highest rate in Europe&nbsp;<\/strong>(after Turkey and Romania), still far from the EU average of 11%. <strong>Lombardy<\/strong>&nbsp;has a frequency of 10.1% but, with&nbsp;<strong>150,000 NEETs<\/strong>, it is the&nbsp;<strong>third highest Italian region in numerical terms<\/strong>. To achieve these results and for an effective and structural impact, the Challenge aims to build\u00a0<strong>alliances with public institutions, the private social sector and with private entities and companies<\/strong>.
