Our social action is faced with
vulnerability, new poverty and complex needs
in communities.

The Social & Human Services Area was created to address the many forms of vulnerability that affect individuals, families and local areas. We work to improve access to services, support
autonomy, tackle inequalities and promote
decent living conditions for everyone. We support non-profit organisations, community networks and local services and institutions to address challenges such as educational and material poverty, the ageing population, disabilities, mental health, loneliness, gender-based violence and marginalisation.

We support local networks and construct pathways of
inclusion, autonomy and shared care.

We develop initiatives that strengthen the ability of communities to take care of the most vulnerable people through collaborative networks, innovative welfare models and interventions deeply rooted in the local areas. With our initiatives, we work to improve integration between services and to create virtuous models of co-design.

Social & Human Services Area commitment to
implementation of Lines of Mandate.

The Social & Human Services Area contributes to the Foundation’s Lines of Mandate through interventions and projects that expand the boundaries of social policies by creating shared value.
We focus on the person and the community , encouraging collaboration between stakeholders of differing but complementary natures and developing innovative practices to provide lasting solutions to real needs.
